The Paradox - From Banker to Minister and Back...

Life is full of paradoxes and certainly my life is no exception.

I've been fortunate to be blessed with a life of adventure.  At the age of 27 my wife and I left our full time jobs, sold our investments and went into the full time ministry.  For the next 11 years we moved 11 times, traveled from South Africa to Manila and all over the US.  We've led churches of thousands and helped on the foreign mission field in South and Central America.  I have spoken to crowds over 5,000 and counseled many people one to one.  Through all of it one thing stood out - I love to help others.

In 2003 my wife and I resigned from the ministry to create more stability for our 3 children.  Over the next 3 years my partner and I created a business from scratch that helped thousands achieve the dream of home ownership.  It has become my passion to help others to find financial freedom through a variety of sources.

That's what I've been doing for years as a Mortgage Consultant and what I love.  I've been fortunate enough to help thousands of people Buy and Refinance and have been involved in over $200,000,000 in Real Estate Transactions spanning my 20 years in this Business.

I act as your Mortgage Consultant by Negotiating with the Lenders on your behalf and Overseeing the details of the transaction through to closing.  Most people don't realize that they have literally hundreds of choices for their Mortgage Financing and are able to save thousands of dollars when they have the RIGHT Consultant.  By knowing which lenders are being aggressive in the market I routinely save my clients a bundle over any banking relationship they currently have.

It's important that you know that my personal philosophy is to "give without want".  What that means to you is that I am here as a consultant for you regardless of whether you choose to use my services.  Would I like to help you attain your financing?  Of course I would, but I have counseled hundreds of people to NOT buy or refinance simply because the time wasn't right for them.  I will point out your choices and make sure that you know your options and I will sleep well at night knowing that I did my very best for my client.
